Mr. Tarrant has represented major Silicon Valley developers in purchase and sale agreements, leasing and financing transactions.
On behalf of a major real estate developer, Mr. Tarrant managed the negotiation of a joint venture with Apple Computer for the development and leasing of a research and development headquarters.
Mr. Tarrant represented Southern Pacific Railroad in connection with the Point Tiburon redevelopment project in Marin County, California.
