Mr. Tarrant has assisted developers in land use and entitlement matters.
As a skilled trial attorney, Mr. Tarrant has successfully represented major development companies and other corporations in challenging and complex real estate cases that include breach of commercial real estate contracts, breach of fiduciary duty and lender liability.

On behalf of a major real estate developer, Mr. Tarrant managed the negotiation of a joint venture with Apple Computer for the development and leasing of a research and development headquarters.
Mr. Tarrant represented Southern Pacific Railroad in connection with the Point Tiburon redevelopment project in Marin County, California.
