Jack Lenack is Senior Counsel to the firm and specializes in real estate transactions. Jack represents both purchasers and sellers in the acquisition/disposition of retail shopping centers, office buildings, industrial property, and multi-family projects, as well as both landlords and tenants in the leasing of retail, office and industrial property.
Over the last several years, Jack has been engaged in numerous national retail lease transactions, representing national tenants, as well as both private and public landlords, in transactions throughout the United States.
Jack is involved in every step of a real estate transaction from negotiating the Letter of Intent, through the drafting, negotiating and finalizing of the purchase and sale agreement or lease, and thereafter engaging in all aspects of due diligence.
Prior to joining the firm, Jack worked as a real estate attorney in both private practice and as general counsel for a retail real estate developer. During that time, in addition to engaging in both purchase and sale and leasing transactions, Jack handled the drafting and negotiating of construction contracts, landlord/tenant disputes, and the representation of borrowers in secured real estate loan transactions.
