Hilda Senseney is a Principal of the firm. She specializes in commercial real estate transactions focusing on retail and office leasing and acquisitions and dispositions of real property. She has represented both national tenants and institutional landlords in California and across the nation in all transactional aspects relating to their retail and office portfolios. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Senseney worked for large national firms where she represented multi-national REITs and institutional landlords in all transactional matters related to the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial real property and office buildings including the negotiation of financing and joint venture documentation in connection with such transactions.
