Experience:

Carol Hee specializes in retail transactions, purchase and sale of commercial and residential property, and commercial development.

Prior to associating with the firm, Ms. Hee was Associate General Counsel for The Gap, Inc., where she was involved in all aspects of new store development and property management for the several brands as well as for its international stores.

Before her career at Gap, Ms. Hee was Corporate Counsel for Glenborough Corporation, focusing on real estate and general litigation matters. Prior to that, she was Assistant Vice President at Amfac/JMB Hawaii, Inc., where she handled general real estate matters, development and zoning matters and governmental dedications. She was in private practice for five years in the Finance and Real Estate section of Cades Schutte Fleming and Wright, one of Hawaii’s largest law firms, where she specialized in real estate litigation matters, quiet title disputes, banking transactions and regulatory matters.
