Experience:

Simon Goodfellow is an associate in the firm’s business litigation group. His practice includes both state and federal cases. He has experience in real property title insurance litigation, commercial lease disputes, landlord/tenant law, intellectual property, class actions, franchise law and personal injury. He has taken cases to trial and has extensive experience representing clients in the courtroom.
