Experience:

Zaneta Butscher is an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation practice.  Her practice involves diverse business areas, including commercial litigation, franchise disputes, bankruptcy, intellectual property, class actions, and antitrust matters. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Butscher was associated with a premier international law firm in New York, where she handled complex commercial litigation and international arbitration matters.  While at Columbia Law School, Ms. Butscher served as staff editor for the Columbia Human Rights Law Review and interned with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Geneva, Switzerland.  Ms. Butscher also formerly interned with the ICC International Court of Arbitration for North America in New York.
