Tiffany Hansen is a civil litigator with particular expertise in commercial, intellectual property, and employment litigation. She has served as counsel in cases involving contract disputes, partnership disputes, unfair business practices, trademark disputes, and FEHA-based employment disputes, among others. Tiffany has successfully represented clients at the trial and appellate levels in both federal and state courts as well as in arbitration and has experience in all facets of litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions, managing complex discovery issues, strategizing for depositions and hearings, managing pretrial tasks, and conducting trials and arbitrations.
Before joining Bartko Zankel Bunzel & Miller, Tiffany was an associate at the litigation boutique firm of LTL Attorneys LLP where she represented both businesses and individuals in a wide array of intellectual property, commercial, and employment disputes.
Tiffany graduated with Honors (finished in the top 6% of her class) from Golden Gate University School of Law, where she received her J.D. with a Certificate of Specialization in Litigation. During law school, Tiffany excelled in litigation and trial advocacy, leading her mock trial teams to several final and semi-final placements, including taking first place in the prestigious San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association Mock Trial Competition. Tiffany graduated from Washington State University with a double major in Communications and Sociology.
