Ms. Oberle is Senior Counsel to the firm. Her practice includes extensive experience in representing clients in a variety of real estate matters. Her practice involves both real estate transactions and disputes. Among others, she represents tenants owners, developers, and other stakeholders with respect to transactions and disputes involving a variety of properties, including office buildings, retail shopping centers, and telecom sites. Ms. Oberle has represented REITs, and other owners/developers of commercial properties, and retail and office tenants in leasing and other transactions, as well as complex landlord/tenant disputes. She has also represented residential developers and local and regional banking associations in real estate matters. Ms. Oberle’s experience includes in-house counsel positions with T-Mobile, where she oversaw telecom site leasing for several Western states, including environmental and land use reviews, and with an investment firm that assisted public companies in raising capital through the sale of debt and equity securities.

Represented major telecom companies in negotiation of hundreds of site leases, multi-party agreements and master agreements covering multiple leased sites.
Represented publicly traded video conferencing services company in securing office leases for more than two hundred thousand square feet and additional warehouse space in several states.
