Ms. Oberle is Senior Counsel to the firm. Her practice includes representation of national commercial clients in a variety of real estate matters with a particular focus on commercial leasing. She represents retail, office and telecom tenants, as well as owners and developers of office buildings, retail shopping centers and telecom sites. Ms Oberle has represented REITs, and other owners/developers of commercial properties, and retail and office tenants in leasing and other transactions including resolution of landlord/tenant disputes. Ms. Oberle has represented residential developers and local and regional banking associations. Ms. Oberle’s experience includes in-house counsel positions with T-Mobile, where she oversaw telecom site leasing for several Western states, including environmental and land use reviews and with an investment firm that assisted public companies in raising capital through the sale of debt and equity securities.

Representative Matters

Represented a major national retailer in leasing both landlord-build and tenant-build retail spaces and related agreements.

Represented developers of several retail shopping centers in dozens of retail leasing transactions, including drafting of reciprocal easement and operations agreements for shopping centers.

Represented REITs in leasing of office complexes totaling several hundred thousand square feet and related transactions including negotiation of non-disturbance and attornment agreements and lease work-out and termination agreements.

Represented major telecom companies in negotiation of hundreds of site leases, multi-party agreements and master agreements covering multiple leased sites.

Represented publicly-traded video conferencing services company in securing office leases for more than two hundred thousand square feet and additional warehouse space in several states.

Represented national food products company in negotiation of a $35 million credit line and a subsequent $25 million credit line.
