Andrew Winetroub is an associate in the firm’s business litigation practice. In his practice, he has represented a diverse group of clients, both plaintiffs and defendants, in litigation before state and federal courts. Andrew has particular experience representing clients in commercial, intellectual property, and investment disputes. Recently, he has also litigated antitrust and real estate matters for clients.
Prior to attending law school, Andrew was on the staff of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee in Washington, D.C. While in law school, he was an editor of the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies, which published his note, “A Diamond Scheme Is Forever Lost: The Kimberley Process’s Deteriorating Tripartite Structure and Its Consequences for the Scheme’s Survival.”
Andrew was named a “Rising Star” by Northern California Super Lawyers in 2018.
