Andrew Winetroub is an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation practice. Prior to joining Bartko Zankel, Andrew practiced for three-and-a-half years at a San Francisco law firm representing businesses and individuals in litigation before both federal and state courts as well as in private arbitration. In his practice, he has handled disputes involving venture capital investments, executive compensation, breach of contract, real estate transactions, and fraudulent misrepresentations. During law school, Andrew was an editor of the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies, which also published his note, “A Diamond Scheme Is Forever Lost: The Kimberley Process’s Deteriorating Tripartite Structure and Its Consequences for the Scheme’s Survival.”
Before enrolling in law school, Andrew was on the staff of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee in Washington, D.C.
